Aloha WB Ohana,

Be advised that our much anticipated Property Fire Alarm Test and Inspection began last week with the Honolulu Fire Department and the contractor who was hired for installation of our NEW FAS but they were NOT able to fully complete all of the unit(s) tests for audible dB level sound.  Due to our property size and number of units (876 total units), we will need to have an additional day of testing done by HFD Inspectors and this will require access to more of our units on Saturday, July 21st starting at 8:00 a.m. till 2:00 p.m.  We will try and communicate in advance to arrange access with the units identified by HFD which need testing to be done on Saturday and hopefully this will help expedite the process and we can minimize the inconvenience to the entire property.

We want to remind everyone to be aware that there will be random alarms and announcements being made throughout Saturday which is part of the inspection and tests that are being conducted.

We will again have our Security Manager and other AOAO staff assisting with this entire process especially when we have to enter into any unit.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this entire process!  If you have any questions, please let us know.

Mahalo,
