We have received word that the permit is ready for pick up; the project will be going out to bid shortly and we hope to have more frequent updates to share moving forward.

We are excited to share that the 6th floor restroom renovations will begin on Monday, March 4, 2024. The 6th restrooms will be CLOSED starting Sunday night (3/3/24) until the project is completed; for everyone’s safety, stay out of the barricaded and construction areas for the duration of the project. We are anticipating this project to take approximately 9-12 weeks and will provide notice when the 6th floor restrooms reopen.
Please anticipate that there will be increased construction noise for the duration of the project and communicate that information with your guests.

As you know, we are still waiting on permitting from the DPP in order to start the Rec Deck project. We are anticipating work to start the 2nd or 3rd quarter of 2024 (anywhere between April – September). We have no way of knowing when it will start, and we will update this page as information becomes available.
