Aloha WB Ohana,

Be advised that our much anticipated Property Fire Alarm Test and Inspection has been scheduled to begin on Wednesday, July 11th and run through Friday, July 13th.  The Honolulu Fire Department and the contractor who was hired for installation of our NEW FA System, Ohana Control System will be conducting the inspections, tests, and follow up starting from 8:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m. for these three (3) daysThis will require (random) access to potentially all of our units and common areas of the property and such we will be going to various floors and units to check equipment and test audible alarms, speakers, smoke detectors, pull stations, valves, and control panels.  We also want to everyone to be aware that there will also be random alarms and announcements being made throughout the day(s) which is part of the inspection and tests that are being conducted.

We will have our Security Manager and other AOAO staff assisting with this entire process especially when we have to enter into any unit.  We kindly ask that ALL units be aware that random unit access may be requested during these 3 days as part of this test and inspection process.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.  If you have any questions, please let us know.

Mahalo,
