Be advised that February 28th will be the last day of the Individual Pest Control Treatments provided from our previous contractor, Terminix as we start the new Pest Control Service contract with Orkin next week.

With the new contract, Orkin will provide a monthly service with the main focus on our Association’s Common areas, including all trash rooms and trash chute areas. The first day of service will be Wednesday, March 4, 2020.

For those who still wish to have their units individually serviced, a sign-up sheet will be available in the Security Office up until the day prior to service on the first Wednesday of each month. The treatment of an individual unit will be a fee for service at a discounted rate of $35 (plus tax) per unit payable at the time of service to Orkin directly by check payment or credit card payment in advance. The service will be a similar treatment to the bathroom and kitchen sinks using spray or bait.

This is an individual unit service and neither the Association nor its staff will be involved other than coordinating the sign-up sheet. For further questions, you may contact the representative at Orkin.
