Be advised that the contractor is continuing with the NEWLY revised schedule for in-unit emergency speaker modifications and installations which has already started in TOWER 2 which we will complete soon and then move on to units in TOWER 1.  The contractor will be doing one (1) floor per day (Monday-Friday) starting from 8:00 a.m. till 4:00 p.m. and we will be coordinating access to the units for each floor in advance.


As a reminder, the Contractor will be starting with EVEN number units 02, 04, 06, 08, 10, & 12 and then 13 & 14 units will be done and finally the ODD number units 01, 03, 05, 07, 09, & 11 will be done in addition to dB (decibel level sound test) testing for units to be completed for the individual floor on each day.   See below schedule for last couple of  weeks in the month of MARCH:


  • TOWER 2
    • Monday, 3/19:            8th floor
    • Tuesday, 3/20:            7th floor
    • Wednesday, 3/21:      6th floor


  • TOWER 1
    • Thursday, 3/22:           37th floor
    • Friday, 3/23:                36th floor
    • Monday, 3/26:             35th floor
    • Tuesday, 3/27:             34th floor
    • Wednesday, 3/28:       33rd floor
    • Thursday, 3/29:            32nd floor
    • Friday, 3/30:                31st floor
