CURRENT PARKING RATES
Effective June 1, 2015, we charge $180.00 per calendar month (tax included) for a vehicle which occupies a single stall and $200.00 per calendar month (tax included) for a limousine or other long vehicle that occupies more than one stall.
Monthly parking begins on the first day of the month and is good through the last day of the month, with no grace period. We do not charge late fees. We do not pro-rate monthly parking fees; if you purchase monthly parking anytime after the first day of the month, you must pay the full monthly fee. We do not provide refunds: for example, if you purchase parking and later decide you do not want to park here, we will not refund any portion of parking fees you have paid.
PURCHASE
Permits will go on sale five (5) working days before the permit becomes valid. Permits are not transferable and are valid only for the specific vehicles for which they are issued. Initially you will be given a plastic hangtag with your vehicle’s license plate number on it, and a sticker for the current month. For initial purchase, complete the registration form and bring it with your payment to Waikiki Banyan Administration Office. We can accept cash or check only. Please make your checks payable to AOAO Waikiki Banyan.
When you renew your parking permit, you will receive a new sticker to place over the superseded one. You do not need to fill out a registration form for permit renewal provided your contact or vehicle information has not changed. Please note that we sell monthly parking one month at a time; we can not accept advance payments.
REPLACEMENT PERMITS
If you need to replace your currently valid permit with a permit for the same month, we charge replacement fees of $10 for the hangtag, $10 for the monthly sticker, $20 for both tag and sticker.

Please do not send cash in the mail. Write your vehicle’s license number on your check. Please allow at least 1 week (5 business days) for processing.
PERMIT DISPLAY
Your vehicle must display your current permit from the rear view mirror or on the driver’s side of the dashboard with the license number portion facing forward. The license number and current month’s sticker must be clearly visible.
WHERE TO PARK
Parking at Waikiki Banyan is unassigned. We do not rent parking stalls, we rent authorization to park. Your vehicle must be able to go up and down our ramps to park above the ground floor. Our handicap stalls require a valid Handicapped Parking permit. Visitor Parking, non-occupant owner parking, loading zones and the sub-basement are not available for general, including monthly, parking.
TOWING
Any vehicle may be towed, at the owner’s or operator’s expense, from Waikiki Banyan without notice if
- the vehicle’s permit is not current or is not prominently displayed
- the vehicle’s permit was issued for a different vehicle
- the vehicle bears a defaced or altered permit
- the vehicle is in violation of Waikiki Banyan vehicle operation or parking rules
RULES AND REGULATIONS
We take safety very seriously. Our garage can be busy with both vehicular and pedestrian traffic and you have an absolute responsibility to operate your vehicle safely at all times at Waikiki Banyan. Please read both sides of our information sheet, which contains an excerpt of Waikiki Banyan House Rules relevant to vehicles and parking. All vehicles on Waikiki Banyan premises must obey all Waikiki Banyan parking rules, posted and written, all the time. Please note that 5 mph is the speed limit throughout the garage.
