hereby apply to lease a laundry room storage locker from Waikiki Banyan.
I acknowledge that:
- only Waikiki Banyan owners may lease a laundry room storage locker.
- laundry room storage locker leases are limited to one per unit.
- the lease rate is $100 per year with a refundable $50 damage deposit.
- construction of the locker is dependent upon submission of a $50 deposit.
- possession of the locker is contingent upon receipt by Waikiki Banyan Administration of a signed storage locker rental agreement and payment of the first lease term’s rental in advance.
- lease rent is calculated from the first day of the calendar month in which I make my initial annual payment.
